About Dr. Shannon

Dr. Shannon moved to White Bear Lake from Arizona 15 years ago. Before devoting her work full time to Soul Chiro, she studied biology and health sciences in the metro and received her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. Passionate about nature, the move to the Midwest was a natural fit. In her free time, she loves mountain biking, dancing, playing hockey as well as the weekly summer and fall Farmers Market in town. 1 part doctor, 1 part dancer, 2 parts mom and 3 parts silly. Too many parts?

Dr. Shannon works with you to achieve greater communication between your brain and body by removing interferences in the nervous system. This directly affects the neurology to reduce tension patterns holding your spine in a misaligned fashion, as you develop new strategies and your spine learns to self-correct.

About Dr. Ashley

Dr. Ashley Snyder graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in Biotechnology and a minor in Chemistry. She then graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.

Her special interest is treating headaches and migraines, conditions she’s suffered from prior to receiving regular chiropractic treatments herself. She loves working on patients of all kinds - infants to geriatric and everyone in between of all walks of life.

She loves getting to know her patients during their course of treatment because her philosophy is that everyone deserves to do the tings they love without pain - and she loves keeping them pain free.

In her down time she loves reading, exploring new places, cooking new recipes, enjoying her plants, crocheting and cuddling with her pets. She lives in Ramsey with her husband Justin, her dog Rosie, and two cats, Lucy and Harvey.

About Dr. Kelly

Dr. Kelly grew up in the shadows of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, which inspired her from a young age to a path of helping people uncover their authentic healthy selves. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison before moving to the Twin Cities to earn her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2010.

When Dr Kelly isn't caring for people in the office, her life is full as a softball mom of two very spunky and active little girls. And somewhere she even finds time for her very busy home-baking business at several farmer's markets throughout the year.

Dr Kelly is passionate about helping you thrive in all phases of life from birth to the golden years. She has dedicated thousands of hours over the years to deeply studying the nerve system and how to most effectively help you connect with and empower your own inner healer. This is primarily done through a gentle technique that focuses on harmonizing the nerve system so that it may function at its best, and you can just focus on living your best life.
